   If you find you are often preoccupied by a concern, persistently experiencing anxiousness, sadness or anger, and/or finding yourself more isolated and having difficulty with focusing on your studies, you may benefit from using counseling services. 10. How do I cancel/change an appointment?
    Call 352.392.1575 or come by the Counseling Center at 301 Peabody Hall [next to Criser Hall].
    
    
11. What if I am having an emergency?
    During office hours, come by the Counseling Center at 301 Peabody Hall [next to Criser Hall] or go to Student Mental Health located in Student Health Services.
