Leila Durr, Ph.D.
Clinical Assistant Professor
Leila is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida's Counseling Center. She received her Ph.D. from the Counseling Psychology program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Leila counsels individuals, couples, and groups with a variety of concerns. She uses several primary theoretical orientations in her work including humanistic, interpersonal, and cognitive-behavioral theories. Leila's areas of particular interest include diversity issues, identity and relationship concerns, stress and anxiety, disordered eating, adjustment-related issues, and working with international students. She also enjoys training and supervision as well as doing outreach. Leila speaks Spanish and Arabic.
