ASPIRE: Mission Statement
The mission of ASPIRE is to foster the retention, mentoring, and time-to-degree graduation of African/Black American, Hispanic/Latino(a) American and First-Generation College students at the University of Florida. The ASPIRE team is made up of a multicultural group of counselors with diverse expertise. In addition to the direct student services, we also provide consultation and support to organizations and programs that promote recruitment and retention of African/Black American and Hispanic/Latino(a) American students.
